On the 31st of March 2022, EAI submitted a letter to Stakeholders concerning key issues that are driving increased costs for consumers and with suggestions to enable continued trading by participants in gas and electricity markets. EAI put forward a range of measures for considerations to protect the functioning of the market and the continuation of electricity and gas supply to customers in Ireland, welcoming direct engagement on the matter.
