On the 22nd of May 2022, The EAI responded to the CRU consultation regarding Standards of Performance. The key topics of the response addressed the need for Specific, Outcome- Based SoPs, incereased clarity and regulatory certainty for particpants with further consideration on how principle-based regulation could foster innovation in the market and result in better customer outcomes.
